Exciting News: Next year will be the 5th year of afb SOX 3 day Trail Run and we will celebrate it by adding a SOX LITE option.
Only 100 pairs and 100 solo’s for afb SOX! And only 150 Solo Runners will be allowed for the SOX LITE option. Please note, NO prize money for SOX LITE, only Prizes.
More Exciting News! Our Race Village will next year be at the Fairy Knowe hotel, 1km from Ebb and Flow National Park. The whole hotel will be booked out for the SOX athletes and Fairy Knowe give us great rates. All meals and the race briefings will be at the Fairy Knowe hotel.
