We will have some refreshments at the meeting point but you are advised to bring a hydration pack and something to eat.
This Sunday is the Comrades! Unfortunately we were unable to get a list of ATC entrants from the race organisers. So you will have to let us know who is doing it! Please tell us about your plans for race day by taking the short survey at the link below:
Good luck to all the ATC Runners taking part!
This weekend is the PPA Route 62 Overnight Tour in Ashton. Montagu Mountain Mania takes place on Saturday offering various Mountain Bike races and Trail runs in and around the Avalon Springs resort.
On Saturday is the UWC Fast and Flat 10K in Bellville.

Big 5 Club Championship
The BIG5 Sport Challenge will host a Multisport Adventure Club Championship as part of the challenge at the Knysna Oyster Festival. Participation in the Club Championship is free of charge for Big5 entrants. All you have to do is make sure ATC is specified with your entry into the event. You will collect points for ATX with each event you finish. If you are not sure if ATC was selected when you entered please let us know that you are doing the challenge so we can compile a list of ATC entrants for the organisers. For every ten entrants from ATC, the club will also receive one free entry. So it is important that we list all ATC entrants.
Entries for the Hout Bay Trail Challenge open today! There have been some changes to the route and some of the proceeds of this year’s event will go towards repairing the paths and trails that were damaged during fires.
Enjoy the Week!
