No Track tonight – CTCT – UCI MTB World Cup

NEWS:

Congratulations to all finishers of the MiWay Durban Ultra, which took place Sunday.  Annah Watkinson is the new ladies SA Long Course Triathlon Champion!  This championship formed part of the Durban Ultra.

Two Oceans Club Verification
We are happy to report that all Two Oceans Ultra and Half entry verifications were completed earlier this week.  ATC will have just under 200 runners lining up on 30 March in either the Half or Ultra Marathon. By the end of the day, the total number of medals ATC Running has collected at these events, since we became a registered club in 2010, will be over 1000!

NO Track tonight!
With all the Cycle Tour activities around the Stadium and GPCC, access to the track area will be restricted tonight.  So, we will NOT have track.  Instead, we suggest you do the Crazy Store Lighthouse Ten, starting at 19:00 from the lawns close to Rocklands Beach.  Late entries are available from 15:00 onwards.
We will set up the ATC Gazebo there and you can collect licenses and run gear from us there.  If the wind is too strong licenses can be collected from the ATC Ranger, which will be parked in the area.

BIKE:  On Thursday morning, at 05:30, we will do a road bike ride from Point Virgin Active.
There will be no club ride this weekend.

On Saturday 17 March we will do a supported long run for those training for Two Oceans and Comrades.  (Not the 18th as previously mentioned) It will be along the Two Oceans Half Marathon route.
