Women’s Day – Track at 7 am on Tues – WPA CC Champs
Please note that tomorrow (Tuesday) morning we will have a track session but it will start at 07:00 and not at 06:00 as usual.
TRAINING: Details here...
SWIM: The canal swim will be on Saturday afternoons at 16:00.
BIKE: On Thursday morning we will do a Road Bike Ride from the Point Virgin Active at 06:00. Out towards Hout Bay and back. Please bring a proper bike light.
RUN: Track will be on Tuesday morning at 07:00 and Wednesday evening at 18:00. The ATC shop and office will be open in the ATC Container during track times.
On Thursdays there will be a Run from the Green Point Cricket Club at 17:30.
On Sunday, we will be helping Gert Wilkins celebrate his birthday with a post run breakfast at Primi Camps Bay. Everyone is welcome to pop in and join us for a coffee and breakfast. There is a long run leaving from the Camps Bay Police Station at 8 am, scheduled to finish back in Camps Bay at 10 am for breakfast. If you want to run for longer or less, just start earlier or later and finish at 10 with us. Looking forward to seeing you there.

TUESDAY – WOMEN’s DAY
Note that there is only one Women’s Day run on Tuesday, the Totalsports Women’s Race, starting from the Grand Parade. The Women’s Day Challenge previously scheduled to take place in Century City has been combined with the Grand Parade event.
Out in Blouberg is the Women’s Day Open Water Swim, now a 1 Mile Fun Swim and not a relay as in the past.
There is also the 6th trail run in the Run The Vines Series, at the Olsen Winery.
On Saturday is the Western Province Cross Country Championships, taking place at Keurboom Park in Rondebosch. The ATC Development Team will be racing from early in the day with the younger runners starting at 08:00.
On Sunday is the John Korasie 30 Km Road Run, starting from the Simon's Town Sports Grounds at 07:00. The route goes up Red Hill and along the Cape Point Nature Reserve boundary and drops back down to Simons Town via Smitswinkel and Miller’s Point.
The WPCA Winter League race is the Life Path Health Time Trial, to be held at the Du Velde Farm Stall in Hermon.
The Kudu Classic is an epic two day trail run, to be held in the Baviaans River Conservancy on Eildon Farm. The inaugural event will take place from 12 to 13 November 2016. Amazing views, challenging trails and the best Eastern Cape hospitality with make this the perfect weekend getaway.
