HopePHIL Fundraiser – TSA Registrations

This is just a quick update to remind you of the HopePHIL Fund Raiser taking place tomorrow and the deadline for TSA Registrations ahead of the Clanwilliam festival.

NEWS:

HopePHIL Fund Raiser
Our sincere condolences go out to the family and friends of Philippa Elford, who passed away earlier this week after a long struggle with cancer.  The HopePHIL Pub Garden Sports Fundraiser, to be held at the Green Point Cricket club tomorrow, 24 September, will still go ahead as planned.  The Elford family has requested that we proceed with the event to celebrate Philippa’s life.
Bring your own braai meat and make use of the cash bar on-site.  There will be plenty raffle prizes and raffle tickets will be on sale at the event. You can also still enter teams of 2, 4 or 6 for the traditional sports day (Potato Sack Races, Egg and Spoon sprints, 3 Legged Races, STicky STeve and more).  For last minute details, please visit the Event Page on Facebook.

TSA Registrations for Clanwilliam
The deadline for applications for TSA licenses required for the Clanwilliam Festival is this Saturday 26 September.  We must receive your on-line order and payment by Saturday to enable us to meet WPTA’s deadline on Monday.  Members who do not submit orders in time will have to purchase a day license at the Freshpak Festival Registration.

There will be another opportunity to substitute Clanwilliam Triathlon entries at the Friday evening (2 October) registration in the Marquee at the race venue.  No substitutions will be allowed on race day.
