Ironman 70.3 Pula

The Atlantic Triathlon Club was second in Division I at the Ironman TriClub European Championships, held in Pula, Croatia on 18 September 2016! 

There are load of photos on social media of the finish venue in the ancient Pula Arena.  ATC had over 30 Triathletes participating in the event and we would like to thank all the members who participated under the ATC banner.  A full list of results have been published below.

Congratulations and thanks to the top 5 points earners, who ensured that we finished on the podium in the club competition:  Anton Du Plessis (50-54), Michael Rowe (45-49), Brenton Ashby (45-49), Rudi Oosthuizen (35-39) and Alice Oosthuizen (30-34).  Alice also got a slot to compete at the Ironman 70. World Championships in 2017.  Denise Major finished 4th in her age group but chose not to take up the World Champs slot.
