Langebaan
Always an enjoyable marathon in Langebaan and the West Coast National Park, this year it was also the last opportunity to qualify for the Two Oceans Ultra Marathon. As it turned out it was one of the last events to take place in the first quarter of 2020. Congratulations to all the members who completed one of the distances on offer.

Sea Point
The Lighthouse 10 Km nite run doubled up as the ATC 10 Km Club Championship. The first ATC lady and gent, in ATC kit, licensed through ATC Running, are our 10K Champs:
Congratulations to Michael Davidson (32:38), who was also the second Vet home and 11th overall.
Our lady champ is Mari Bester (47:32).

The Cape Town Unicity Triathlon Association (CTTA) held its 2020 Duathlon Championships at Killarney International Raceway on Sunday, 1 March 2020.

After a delayed start, the Slave Route Challenge delivered a great doze of historic sites, views and koesisters. We have uploaded a lot of photos taken at the event to our Facebook Page. Please view and tag yourself. All our members results are below:
This year, runners had a tail wind for the Peninsula Marathon, which is quite unusual for this event. Congratulations to all the members who completed the full or half distance.
Congratulations to all the runners who completed the tough Red Hill Marathon or 36 Km Classic. Nic De Beer was the second Veteran in the Marathon and Dion Middelkoop won the 50-59 category in the 36 Km Classic event.
Another successful Double Century for the ATC and Embark Teams. Our thanks to the Swellendam community for hosting us. We stayed at the SwelleN2 Lodge, Noah’s Ark and seven private homes in Swellendam central. Our teams finished as follows:
