Peninsula Marathon & Half

Sunday, 18 February 2018.

Over 90 ATC’ers tackled the Peninsula Marathon and over 40 opted for the Half on Sunday 18 February 2018.

Mark Hankin, Nic De Beer (KPMG) and Shaun Gregory all ran Sub-3 in the Marathon. 

In the Half, Michael Joseph and Dean Hopf posted sub-90s.

ATC Monthly 5 KM TT

20 & 21 February, 2018

This month our 5 Km Time Trial was held on our route around the Cape Town Stadium due to athletics events taking place at GPAS.  Our next monthly 5 Km Time Trial will be on Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 March 2018.

IM703 Buffalo City – NO CANAL SWIM

NEWS:

It’s Ironman 70.3 Buffalo City week and it’s time to pack Swim, Bike and Run gear and head for East London!  Over 120 ATC’ers will head to the Eastern Cape this week for one of the highlights on our Triathlon calendar.  Good luck to all the ATC’ers taking part!

Nutribullet Bay 2 Bay 30 & 15 Km Run

Sunday 14 January 2018, Camps Bay - Hout Bay - Camps Bay

Around 180 ATC’ers tackled the Nutribullet Bay to Bay 30 and 15 Km Runs on the 14th of January, with two thirds doing the 30K.  The first ATC’er home in the30 Km was Shawn Gregory (2:06:39) followed closely by Aubrey Makhubo (West Coast) in 2:07.  Jana Trojan (VOB) was the 2nd lady in th 50+ category.
