Freshpak Fitness Festival, Clanwilliam

The Clanwilliam weekend turned out to be another great race and party.  It was sad to see how little water there is in the dam but on the up-side we had great weather and very little wind.  But heat!  A good day out for ATC with wins in the 3 Km Swim and Duathlon and Triathlon!

MiWay Cape Ultra Triathlon & Sprint

Der Merwe was the 4th lady home and 3rd in the 25-29 AG.  Anneri Harmse was second in the 35-39 AG, Venetia Landman won the ladies 50-54 AG, Alexandra Reid was third in the ladies 18-24 AG and Gert Wilkins third in the men’s 55-59 AG.

Ironman 70.3 Cascais, Portugal - ATC’s Results
 
More than forty ATC and Embark Triathletes took part in Ironman 70.3 Cascais on 3 September.  They joined another +/- fifty South Africans who also did the inaugural event, which turned out to be a fantastic race.  All the ATCérs results are shown below:
